2 days of highly productive workshop on ABC s of teaching at Adi Parashakti Dental College, Melmaruvathur, Tamil Nadu. Faculty who were a week old in teaching to faculty with 10 plus years of experience learnt in hands on mode how to design effective learning objectives, constructive alignment in LO, Teaching methods and Assessment, developing reflective practice and mentoring learners. The whole workshop was designed using active learning principles to facilitate adult learning and build communities of practice.

Introduced postgraduate and undergraduate dental students of M.S. Ramaiah Dental College , Faculty of Dental Sciences, M S Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences on 27th Dec 2024, to Ethics and Professionalism.
The maturer postgraduate students were sceptical about the workshop- “we already know this! Why are we learning here?” The younger undergraduates were curious to learn-“This might be interesting, but I have no clue what it is all about!”
The session introduced both groups of learners to diverse perspectives on ethics and professional behaviour central to personal relationships and critical for patient management. Both groups had many learning’s from the session and identified areas for immediate application
